About the role

  • Reporting into Transport Supervisor
  • Deliver goods and services to customer premises, safely and consistently, in line with the company’s commitment to provide customers with the best tools, service and support for every trade and task.
  • Organise parcels securely and logically onto vehicle, confirming with the handheld terminals to ensure accuracy, efficiency and traceability of consignments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to develop and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Operate vehicle in a professional manner, in accordance with the company’s policies, protecting the company’s reputation whilst carrying out the service.
  • Collect real-time proof of delivery on the handheld terminals to assist with speedy resolution of subsequent customer queries.

  • 2 years Delivery Driving experience
  • Effective communication skills
