The Role: Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a Junior Management Accountant. You will be part of the Management Accountants team producing and reviewing the management and statutory accounts for Senior Management. To review data in the Company finance system for accuracy and quality. To provide bespoke reports to management and other departments. Assist in the explanation of financial data to allow for important, strategic decision making and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the production of the monthly management accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly accruals.
  • Assist with P&L and Balance Sheet reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly journals.
  • Control account reconciliations.
  • Supplier Invoice analysis.
  • Assist with deferred cost and deferred revenue calculation and journals.
  • Review the accuracy and ensure the integrity of the data in the ledgers.
  • Assist in the development of high-quality reporting documents.
  • Support the management accounts team with adhoc tasks and requests.
  • Give guidance and support to the Finance Administration team.

What you’ll bring to toob:

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Have Management Accounting experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel user.
  • Business Central experience.
  • Power BI experience.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated, committed and team oriented individual.
  • Awareness and understanding of IFRS.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • ACCA part-qualified.
  • CIMA part-qualified.
