More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted, which has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss. Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food, with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We’re looking for an exceptional Talent Sourcer to join the Global Talent Acquisition team at Too Good To Go on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Are you a proactive talent hunter who loves the thrill of identifying the next generation of sales superstars? Or do you have experience in sales and love the idea of transitioning into Talent Acquisition? About the role:

  • Talent Pipeline Building: Proactively source, engage, and build a diverse pipeline of high‑potential, early‑career sales talent.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling, personalised outreach strategies that effectively sell our company culture and career growth opportunities.
  • University Partnership Coordination: Coordinate our European campus recruitment initiatives by building meaningful relationships with career centres, student groups, and key academic institutions.
  • Engagement Events: Develop, pilot and implement a calendar of events to drive relevant candidate interest in early‑career sales roles.
  • Content & Marketing: Work with Talent Acquisition, Communications & Marketing colleagues to implement creative employer branding and recruitment strategies.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Work in partnership with Hiring Managers, local leaders and Marketing teams to ensure event themes align with business objectives.
  • Data Integrity: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) meticulously updated to ensure accurate data tracking and a seamless candidate experience.

This is an early‑career role, and we are fully ready to invest in your training, mentor you, and support you through a steep learning curve. The requirement for this role is that you have full professional proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken). Beyond that, we are looking for a unique mix of energy, organisation, and curiosity.
