We are establishing our first product team in London and we want to be clear about why. Two things make London the right place for this team.
First, the partners. The UK is home to some of our most strategically important Key Accounts: major grocery chains, national coffee shop operators, and fast casual restaurant groups. The best way to build great products for them is to be close to them to understand their businesses from the inside, not through a quarterly call.
Second, the people who drive those relationships at TGTG. London is where a lot of our most senior operational and commercial leadership sits P&L owners who are deeply invested in the Key Account agenda, alongside the Key Account managers and commercial teams working those partnerships every day. Being in the room with these people, not coordinating with them across time zones, is what makes the difference.
Your Mission: As Staff Product Manager for Key Accounts, you will lead our effort to prove and grow the value Too Good To Go creates for our most important enterprise partners. Key Accounts β the grocery chains, coffee shop operators, and fast casual groups that partner with us at scale β represent one of our most significant growth levers. They also have the highest expectations. They need to see the ROI of our partnership clearly, and they need to feel it growing. Your job is to make both happen: to demonstrate the value TGTG already creates for them, and to keep expanding it β developing new solutions and features that deepen what partners get from working with us.
This is a new team, built from scratch, with a clear mandate. It requires someone who can define the strategy, earn the buy-in, and drive the execution β independently, with energy, and with conviction.
The Team: You will be the founding PM in London, operating as an individual contributor at Staff level. You will report directly to our VP of Product based in Copenhagen. The role is designed for someone who does not need daily direction β who can set the agenda, manage up effectively, and make strong decisions with incomplete information.
Responsibilities: As Staff Product Manager for Key Accounts, you will:
- Define the product strategy for Key Accounts, developing clear OKRs and roadmaps that reflect both the commercial opportunity and a deep understanding of what our enterprise partners actually need.
- Go deep with partners. Spend real time with our Key Account partners β grocery groups, coffee chains, fast casual operators β to understand their business model, how they measure success, and what they see as genuine value. Translate that understanding into product decisions.
- Partner with commercial leadership to develop a shared roadmap. Drive alignment with speed and transparency. Build genuine buy-in β not just agreement on paper, but real momentum behind a shared direction.
- Prove and grow the value. Build the measurement frameworks that demonstrate TGTG's impact for Key Accounts β and develop new solutions and features that expand what partners recognise as valuable in the partnership.
- Drive execution across a cross-functional team, orchestrating designers, engineers, data analysts, and commercial partners around a clear product vision.
- Leverage data and insights β commercial data, partner feedback, market signals β to sharpen strategy, identify new opportunities, and communicate progress and performance.
- Manage upward and across with confidence. Represent your domain to senior leadership in Copenhagen, make the case for resources and priority, and handle pushback with rigour and composure.
- Be the founding product presence in London. Shape what good product thinking looks like in this market, and set a standard others will want to match.
What We Are Looking For: Experience and background:
- Multi-year experience in a Senior or Staff Product Management role β within a marketplace, platform, or technology business.
- Grocery, coffee, or fast casual experience is a genuine differentiator. We are looking for someone who understands how these businesses operate from the inside: how they measure performance (footfall, basket size, shrink, sell-through, ROI), what their operating pressures are, and what they actually care about in a partnership.
- Proven track record of delivering transformational business outcomes β not just shipping product, but demonstrably moving the metrics that matter to partners and to the business.
How you work:
- You are comfortable - and genuinely thrive - working independently, with a remote manager and a high degree of autonomy. You set your own agenda and follow through on it.
- You are an exceptional stakeholder partner. You build trust with senior commercial and operational leaders, create genuine alignment rather than managed agreement, and know how to drive a roadmap with energy and conviction even when there is friction.
- You bring a rigorous analytical mind. You can build business cases, define measurement frameworks, and use data to make the case - internally and externally.
- You move fast. You do not wait for perfect information. You are decisive, transparent about your reasoning, and quick to adjust.
- You bring energy. The kind that is infectious - that makes cross-functional teams want to follow your lead, and that makes partners feel like they are in good hands.
- You have a growth mindset. You are always looking for the next level - in the product, in the strategy, and in yourself.
- You are genuinely fun to work with. You bring your authentic self, you care about the mission, and you know how to succeed as part of a team.
Our values:
- We Win Together
- We Raise the Bar
- We Keep It Simple
- We Build A Legacy
- We Care
