Your mission is to own the build and continuous development of the technical infrastructure that powers our global CRM function. This is a hands‑on builder role — you will design and implement the automation frameworks, MarTech integrations, and data pipelines that our CRM teams depend on to execute at scale across both B2B and B2C.
What you’ll build
- Automation frameworks & orchestration: Design and build automation systems that power always‑on lifecycle journeys and dynamic campaign execution across B2B and B2C. Rebuild how campaigns are triggered and coordinated, reducing reliance on manual builds and enabling CRM teams to operate at higher velocity. Implement and own low‑code/no‑code workflow automation (Make, n8n) to eliminate operational bottlenecks across the CRM function.
- MarTech integrations & data pipelines: Own the technical integration and reliability of our core CRM and data platforms: Braze, SFMC, Amplitude, HighTouch, and Redshift. Design and implement data flows that reconcile multiple sources of truth — ensuring clean, reliable, and timely data movement across the marketing stack. Work with APIs and webhooks to build and maintain integrations between marketing systems and our data sources. Liaise directly with Data Engineering on event schemas, ingestion pipelines, and data infrastructure decisions that affect CRM capabilities.
- Experimentation infrastructure: Build the technical foundation that enables fast, reliable A/B testing across lifecycle programmes — ensuring experiments are correctly instrumented, tracked, and measurable end‑to‑end. Work with the Amplitude experimentation layer to ensure CRM teams can analyse results independently.
- Governance & standards: Define and document the technical standards, integration logic, and data flow architecture that the broader CRM technical team works within. Identify and systematically eliminate technical debt, integration fragility, and bottlenecks across the CRM ecosystem.
What we’re looking for
- Significant years of hands‑on experience building CRM automation systems, MarTech integrations, or marketing data infrastructure — with a track record of shipping, not just advising.
- Deep practical experience with Braze and/or other modern customer engagement platforms (Iterable, MoEngage, Bloomreach etc.), including multi‑channel orchestration and platform‑level configuration.
- Strong SQL skills — required — for data pipeline work, audience queries, and integration troubleshooting.
- Hands‑on experience integrating, maintaining and implementing MarTech platforms (Redshift, Amplitude, HighTouch, or similar).
- Experience building with APIs and webhooks for system integration and automation use cases.
- Practical experience with workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier) — you've built production workflows, not just prototypes.
- Comfortable working directly with Data and Engineering teams on shared infrastructure — you can hold your own in a technical conversation about data pipelines and event schemas.
- Strong documentation instincts — you build systems that others can understand, maintain, and extend.
Good to have
- Experience with CDPs and reverse ETL tools (HighTouch, Census).
- Familiarity with Amplitude as an experimentation platform.
- Knowledge of SFMC AMPScript and Braze Liquid logic.
- Experience in a global or multi‑market CRM environment.
- Exposure to data modelling and event schema design.
What to expect
- 50% building automation frameworks and MarTech integrations — designing, implementing, and maintaining the systems that power CRM execution.
- 30% data pipeline work and engineering liaison — owning data flow architecture, working with Data Engineering on ingestion and infrastructure.
- 20% governance, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration — setting standards, eliminating technical debt, enabling the broader CRM technical team.
