At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted, which has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss. Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at ⅓ of retail value. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste. We’re growing fast: Our community of 120 million registered users and 180,000 active partners across 20 countries have together already saved over 500 million meals from going to waste. In 2023, Too Good To Go was recognised on Fortune's acclaimed 'Change the World' list, named as one of Deloitte's 'Best Managed Companies' and won a coveted 'Cultural Impact Award' at the annual Apple App Store Awards.

We are establishing our first product team in London for two main reasons. First, the UK is home to some of our most strategically important Key Accounts: major grocery chains, national coffee shop operators, and fast casual restaurant groups. The best way to build great products for them is to be close to them to understand their businesses from the inside. Second, London is where a lot of our most senior operational and commercial leadership sits, including P&L owners who are deeply invested in the Key Account agenda, alongside the Key Account managers and commercial teams working those partnerships every day.

Your Mission: As Staff Product Manager for Key Accounts, you will lead our effort to prove and grow the value Too Good To Go creates for our most important enterprise partners. Key Accounts represent one of our most significant growth levers and have the highest expectations. Your job is to demonstrate the value TGTG already creates for them and to keep expanding it by developing new solutions and features that deepen what partners get from working with us.

This is a new team, built from scratch, with a clear mandate. It requires someone who can define the strategy, earn the buy-in, and drive the execution independently, with energy, and with conviction.

The Team: You will be the founding PM in London, operating as an individual contributor at Staff level. You will report directly to our VP of Product based in Copenhagen. The role is designed for someone who does not need daily direction — who can set the agenda, manage up effectively, and make strong decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities: As Staff Product Manager for Key Accounts, you will:

  • Define the product strategy for Key Accounts, developing clear OKRs and roadmaps that reflect both the commercial opportunity and a deep understanding of what our enterprise partners actually need.
  • Spend real time with our Key Account partners to understand their business model, how they measure success, and what they see as genuine value.
  • Translate that understanding into product decisions.
  • Partner with commercial leadership to develop a shared roadmap.
  • Drive alignment with speed and transparency.
  • Build genuine buy-in — not just agreement on paper, but real momentum behind a shared direction.
  • Build the measurement frameworks that demonstrate TGTG's impact for Key Accounts and develop new solutions and features that expand what partners recognise as valuable in the partnership.
  • Drive execution across a cross-functional team, orchestrating designers, engineers, data analysts, and commercial partners around a clear product vision.
  • Leverage data and insights to sharpen strategy, identify new opportunities, and communicate progress and performance.
  • Represent your domain to senior leadership in Copenhagen, make the case for resources and priority, and handle pushback with rigour and composure.
  • Shape what good product thinking looks like in this market, and set a standard others will want to match.

What We Are Looking For: Multi-year experience in a Senior or Staff Product Management role within a marketplace, platform, or technology business. Grocery, coffee, or fast casual experience is a genuine differentiator. Proven track record of delivering transformational business outcomes — not just shipping product, but demonstrably moving the metrics that matter to partners and to the business.

How you work: You are comfortable working independently, with a remote manager and a high degree of autonomy. You set your own agenda and follow through on it. You are an exceptional stakeholder partner, building trust with senior commercial and operational leaders. You bring a rigorous analytical mind, can build business cases, define measurement frameworks, and use data to make the case internally and externally. You move fast, are decisive, transparent about your reasoning, and quick to adjust. You bring energy that makes cross-functional teams want to follow your lead. You have a growth mindset and are always looking for the next level in the product, in the strategy, and in yourself.

Our values: We Win Together, We Raise the Bar, We Keep It Simple, We Build A Legacy, We Care.

What we have to offer: A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company where you can see real and tangible impact in your role. Personal and professional development opportunities in a fast-paced scale-up environment. An inclusive company culture where you can bring your authentic self to work. A strong, values-driven team culture where we celebrate successes and socialise with colleagues that care.

Benefits: Enjoy hybrid working from our great offices, at home or abroad. Extra parental leave and days off beyond local legislation. Health insurance and pension plans (subject to country of employment). Additional days off for significant life events. Regular social events like summer and winter parties. Paid volunteer time through our Shareback volunteering programme.

How to apply: Please check our website and submit your CV and Cover letter in English through our platform. We only accept applications coming through our platform.

A Movement for Everyone: We want to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. We strongly believe we all excel and are more creative when we’re allowed to be ourselves, and we’re committed to a culture where all of us belong. We are an equal opportunity employer and all employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need.
