Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at a significantly reduced price. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste. Alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.

Your primary responsibility is to drive the growth and optimisation of our largest and most strategically important enterprise accounts, focusing on increasing our footprint (active stores) across all sites within a partner's portfolio and saving more food from being wasted (bags saved). You will achieve this by looking for ways to strengthen and grow partner relationships, directly owning complex negotiations with senior stakeholders across their business. You will be responsible for driving innovative solutions forward at pace, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and setting best-in-class examples of how we collaborate with partners to help them reduce food waste.

The role will include:

  • Account Prioritisation, Strategy & Growth: Autonomy in prioritising and managing your own portfolio made of Too Good To Go’s largest and most strategic partners, developing strategies to grow revenue from your accounts by working with the partner to increase store coverage and reduce waste through utilising Too Good To Go, creating tailored, joint business and marketing plans.

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Be the voice internally for your partners, working closely with Senior Leadership, Operations and Marketing teams to maximise joint growth opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Keeping internal pipeline management and target tracking tools up to date to ensure accurate forecasting of monthly and quarterly revenue opportunities.

  • Market Research & Solution Selling: Independently search for new opportunities, learn about businesses in depth, map key stakeholders and understand their decision-making process.
  • Coaching & Team Development: Act as a coach and mentor to other Key Account Managers, sharing best practice and account strategy expertise.
