At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. More than 1/3 of all food produced in the world is wasted, which has a huge impact on the health of our planet. 10% of greenhouse gas emissions come from food waste and loss. Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who can buy and enjoy it at a significantly reduced price. We are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste.

Your primary responsibility is to drive the growth and optimisation of our largest and most strategically important enterprise accounts, focusing on increasing our footprint (active stores) across all sites within a partner's portfolio and saving more food from being wasted (bags saved). You will be responsible for driving innovative solutions forward at pace, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and setting best-in-class examples of how we collaborate with partners to help them reduce food waste.

Reporting to the Out of Home Segment Lead, you will hold accountability for setting strategic direction across your partners, collaborating closely with our Key Account Store Operations Team, Marketing, and global commercial functions including Product. You will support ongoing Key Account excellence while also acting as a senior role model, coaching and mentoring Key Account Managers within the team.

  • Account Prioritisation, Strategy & Growth: Autonomy in prioritising and managing your own portfolio made of Too Good To Go’s largest and most strategic partners, developing strategies to grow revenue from your accounts by working with the partner to increase store coverage and reduce waste through utilising Too Good To Go, creating tailored, joint business and marketing plans.
  • Partner Stakeholder Management: Managing and developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders, mapping out champions and being able to influence decision makers at the highest levels to ensure business KPIs are achieved.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Be the voice internally for your partners, working closely with, but not limited to, Senior Leadership, Operations, and Marketing teams to maximise joint growth opportunities — including regular alignment with the Head of Key Accounts and the Country Director on account strategy, performance, and escalations.
  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Keeping internal pipeline management and target tracking tools (e.g. Salesforce and Google Sheets) up to date to ensure accurate forecasting of monthly and quarterly revenue opportunities, creating financial projections to flag risks whilst devising mitigation plans where and when needed.
  • Data Analysis & Pitching: Working closely with the Store Operations Manager to surface insights leading to operational store improvements and growth opportunities, making use of presentation skills and storytelling to present ideas and gain Head Office buy-in.
  • Food Waste Knowledge: Upskilling to become a food waste expert, aiming to embed the importance of food waste reduction with partners and reinforce our credibility as a strategic partner.
  • Coaching & Team Development: Act as a coach and mentor to other Key Account Managers, sharing best practice and account strategy expertise, and support the Team Lead with the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the year.
