Your mission:
- Technical Ownership & SaaS Governance
- System Administration: Act as the primary technical owner for our core stack (JumpCloud, Google Workspace, M365, Slack, YouTrack).
- Extended Tooling Ecosystem: Provide administrative support and user management for a broad portfolio of departmental tools (Marketing, Finance, People, etc.), serving as the central point of contact for technical configurations and integrations.
- Access Control: Enforce strict access governance across all managed systems, ensuring that every account follows the Principles of Least Privilege and is audited regularly.
- Service Excellence & Incident Management
- First Response: Own the lifecycle of support requests via YouTrack, providing professional resolution for hardware and software issues across the global business.
- Incident Coordination: Act as a first responder for localized IT outages or security events, following established protocols to minimise downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Identity & Endpoint Defense
- Hardened Endpoints: Manage SentinelOne at the device level. Ensure 100% deployment coverage across our macOS/Windows fleet and lead the triage of endpoint security alerts.
- Identity Lifecycle: Execute secure onboarding and offboarding workflows. Ensure that when an employee joins or leaves, their access across all systems is provisioned or revoked with accuracy.
- Asset Governance: Maintain an airtight hardware inventory. Enforce our policy that only managed, compliant hardware can access our digital environment.
- Operational Roadmap & Projects
- Scaling IT: Support the execution of strategic projects, such as automating cross-platform migrations and deepening our SSO integrations to reduce manual overhead.
Requirements:
- You have hands-on experience with user management.
- Experience with providing end-user IT support and handling diverse IT issues.
- You can identify, investigate, and solve IT problems as they arise.
- Proficiency in English is required for communication with employees and third-party engineers via email, chat, and video meetings.
- Experience with support ticket systems (We use YouTrack) is a plus.
- Positive, adaptable, and able to manage changing plans and priorities.
- Strong drive and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
