Tonys Heel Bar, a well-established shoe repair shop, is seeking a skilled and experienced Shoe Repairer to join our team. As a Shoe Repairer, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a variety of footwear, including shoes, boots, heels, and sandals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for shoes and a strong attention to detail to deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain all types of footwear, including but not limited to soles, zippers, heels, and stitching
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with inquiries, estimates and recommendations for repairs
  • Inspect and assess the condition of shoes to determine necessary repairs
  • Perform various techniques such as gluing, stitching, stretching, and polishing to restore shoes to their original condition
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace, including maintaining equipment and tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in shoe repair and maintenance
  • Knowledge of various shoe materials and repair techniques
  • Ability to use tools and equipment necessary for shoe repair
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
