- Manage day to day salon operations, staffing and standards
- Recruit, train and develop talent at every level
- Act as a true TONI&GUY brand ambassador
About You
- Proven Salon Manager or Assistant Manager experience in a premium salon
- Qualified Stylist or Colour Technician
- Commercially driven, organised and people focused
- Passionate about leadership, growth and great hair
