Kloster Ford, part of the nationally respected Tony White Group (TWG), is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relations Specialist to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for coordinating the vehicle delivery process from point of sale through to post-delivery follow-up, ensuring every customer receives a professional, seamless and 5-star experience.

As the Customer Relations Specialist, you will act as the key point of contact for customers once they have purchased their vehicle. You will work closely with Sales, Predelivery, Finance, Car Care and Service teams to ensure vehicles are prepared, scheduled and delivered on time, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer delivery process from sale through to post-delivery follow-up
  • Build strong relationships with customers via phone, email and SMS
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle deliveries with Sales and Predelivery teams
  • Ensure vehicles are fuelled, accessories are fitted, and delivery requirements are completed
  • Provide customers with a detailed handover of their new vehicle, including key features and functions
  • Introduce customers to the Service Department and assist with booking their first service
  • Follow up with customers within 48 hours of delivery
  • Take and send customer delivery photos
  • Maintain delivery checklists, reporting programs and required documentation
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer satisfaction targets
  • Provide 5-star customer service in person and over the phone
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales-based role
  • Automotive industry experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and meet KPIs
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A professional, friendly and customer-first approach
