About the Role

  • In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond.
  • Engage with showroom guests, creating tailored, high-quality customer experiences.
  • Manage and respond to enquiries across digital, phone, and in-person channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems (AutoPlay).
  • Present and demonstrate BMW/MINI vehicles through test drives and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate seamless vehicle deliveries that reflect the BMW/MINI brand experience.
  • Contribute to dealership presentation, stock management, and digital presence.
