An outstanding leadership opportunity is now available within the Tony White Group (TWG) for an experienced Dealer Principal / General Manager to lead our highly successful Cardiff Ford dealership. Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager, this senior role is suited to a proven automotive executive with strong end-to-end dealership experience across new and used vehicle sales, service and administration. You will be entrusted with the leadership of an award-winning operation and empowered to further optimise performance, culture, customer and OEM outcomes.
This is a hands‑on, visible leadership role requiring a commercially astute professional who thrives on accountability, values strong OEM partnerships, and is passionate about developing high‑performing teams.
