Based in Leeds - Global Company

The ROLE: Team Leader - responsible for End-to-End Factory & Production operations 'functional' accountability for 1hr-8wks. To ensure that customer orders are produced in a safe, effective, and efficient manner. To ensure that continuous improvement objectives are met. To ensure that people in the department are motivated and developing to meet the organisational goals. To ensure Production teams, systems & methods understand & deliver all short, mid and long-term business requirements for EHS, Customer and Cost. To build a capable and engaged team with development and succession plans that meet today's + 8wk business needs. Deliver all functional QEHS, Customer & Cost KPIs in line with business needs, exceeding prior year performance. Create & deliver rolling 8-week strategy & execution plans for functional areas (aligned to business & investment strategies).
