Your Role & Impact

As a Panel Operative, you’ll be an integral part of our Production team, responsible for assembling and wiring sub-assemblies into a variety of enclosures, from compact control boxes to large motor control centres. You'll be involved in:

  • Wiring components to detailed schematic drawings
  • Fitting mounting rails, trunking, and components to metal backplates
  • Installing copper busbar systems with precision
  • Torque setting screws and bolts using calibrated equipment
  • Completing quality documentation to ensure our high standards

We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in wiring control panels and assemblies
  • Strong technical skills in panel preparation, component mounting, and cable wiring
  • Ability to interpret schematic drawings and follow technical instructions
  • Proficiency with hand tools - screwdrivers, spanners, ratchets, etc.
