We’re looking for a proactive Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement, strengthen our quality culture, and support the Site Quality Manager across all technical and operational areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced FMCG environment and enjoys solving problems, leading projects, and working cross‑functionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead quality improvement projects and support training across departments.
- Maintain and report on Quality KPIs.
- Support digitisation initiatives and improve data systems.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Promote quality awareness across the site and collaborate with all departments.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- FMCG or similar industry experience.
- Background in Quality, Manufacturing, or Production.
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and data systems.
- Proven project management capability.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable:
- SAP experience.
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.
- Internal auditing training.
Expected contract length would be 6 months to 1 year.
