We are seeking an experienced Box Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient set-up, operation, and maintenance of box-making machinery to produce cardboard packaging to customer specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production setting.
The Box Machine Operator ensures the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of box-making machinery. This includes machine set-up, adjustments, monitoring production output, and carrying out routine maintenance. The operator must follow all health and safety regulations and maintain consistent production standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and adjust box-making machines
- Monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production
