Team Leader - responsible for End-to-End Factory & Production operations with functional accountability for 1hr-8wks. To ensure that customer orders are produced safely, effectively, and efficiently. To ensure that continuous improvement objectives are met. To ensure that people in the department are motivated and developing to meet the organisational goals.

Ensure Production (teams, systems, and methods) understands and delivers all short, mid, and long-term business requirements for EHS, Customer, and Cost. To build a capable and engaged team with development and succession plans that meet today's + 8-week business needs. Deliver all functional QEHS, Customer & Cost KPIs in line with business needs, exceeding prior year performance. Create & deliver rolling 8-week strategy & execution plans for functional areas aligned to business & investment strategies.
