Office Accounts Assistant – Armley, Leeds (LS12)

Role Overview

  • Location: Armley, Leeds, LS12
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
  • Team: Friendly finance department of 6 people

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate customer records and set up new customer accounts
  • Build strong relationships with clients via phone and email
  • Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Process monthly direct debits and make payments
  • Prepare and post journals
  • Support management accounts and month‑end processes
