Our client, a fast‑paced and thriving sales office, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the purchase ledger
- Raise invoices and process outgoing payments
- Communicate with clients via email and telephone
- Chase late payments and reconcile company accounts
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Create new customer accounts
- Build strong rapport with clients and provide the accounts team with relevant information
Requirements
