The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are looking for someone who has experience in both a food and drink environment, knows the value of building and maintaining a brilliant team and who has a natural flair with guests. We have exciting growth plans and offer plenty of opportunity for the right person.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Everything we do as a business is built on the hard work, enthusiasm and professionalism of the people in our teams. It will be your responsibility to lead your restaurant and deliver brilliant experiences.

You will:

Create a close team in an exciting, fast paced environment

Ensure guests get the best food and drinks consistently

Ensure your team deliver on your values time and time again

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance

Have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of guest management, at all times

Take full responsibility for the results achieved in the unit, including profit and loss (P&L) performance, wet and dry stock results and audits

Control all aspects of finance in the restaurant, including sales, gross profit, stock control, labour and controllable expenditure

Be accountable for all cash management throughout the business

Be responsible for accurate rota-planning, based on forecast sales and core wage budget

Experience required:

Experience within a food and drinks establishment

Track record of building and retaining an amazing team

Can display examples of growing a business

Have the necessary knowledge to financially control a business

Genuine enthusiasm and aptitude for providing a great customer service experience

Salary can be discussed at Interview and will be dependant on experience.
