Tony Gee and Partners is looking for a Senior Engineer to join the team in St Albans. You will have the opportunity to lead and deliver bridge and structure projects across various sectors. Essential Proven capability in delivering bridges and structural design to relevant standards 5 years experience in infrastructure, either in highways and/or rail projects and familiarity with client processes Strong desire to lead and motivate team to deliver best for project outcomes Previous site experience, including with structural inspections and familiarity of construction process/methodologies Willingness to get \'stuck in\' technically, taking responsibility for delivery Support local management team in developing office capabilities and client base Desirable Experience of local authority projects and processes Familiarity with asset management procedures Temporary works design experience Other discipline design experience Qualifications CEng.
