Tony Gee and Partners is looking for a CAD Technician to join their multi-disciplinary team based in St Albans. As a CAD Technician in the St Albans office, you will support our teams to deliver a variety of exciting and interesting projects. We work across multiple sectors, using our design expertise to find innovative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and appropriate engineering drawings and models in an efficient and effective manner.
- Support project teams across multiple sectors with CAD deliverables.
- Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to develop designs and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum HNC or equivalent in a relevant technical subject.
- Typically 3 or more years' experience in industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD and/or MicroStation, Revit, Civil 3D).
- Good communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience in using ProjectWise or other Common Data Environments.
- EngTech or professional recognition with another institution.
- Experience in Structures, Drainage, Geotechnical, Civils and Highways within Rail / Highways and Power and Energy sectors.
