Principal Civil/structural Engineer – Birmingham, England, GB Working across multiple sectors (highways, rail, power and energy) involved in the engineering design of a variety of structure types – from bridges to buildings and including temporary works.
We don't expect you to be an expert in all structure types or sectors and training will be provided where required.
The role offers a varied workload and a chance for you to develop and broaden your skills in new areas.
Key Responsibilities Act as a technical lead for delivery projects.
Lead, line‑manage and develop a delivery‑focused team of engineers and technicians.
Manage schemes including client reporting, programming, resource planning and commercial management.
Secure and deliver works to new and existing clients.
