Overview
A Civil / Structural design engineer is required to join Tony Gee\’s growing team in Ashford, Kent. An opportunity to join an established team on the cusp of growth with great career and professional development opportunities and support.
Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to a Senior/Principal Engineer
- Deliver projects to deadlines and budget
- Manage production of BIM models and drawings for the projects
Essential
- You will ideally be experienced in design and build including managing and responding to site queries
- Progression to professional chartership
- Experienced in structural design of industrial and commercial buildings, having worked in multidisciplinary teams to modern BIM standards
- Proven skills to lead projects and teams and be progressing to professional qualification
Desired
- Experience in the Power sector with substation and converter station and associated accommodation buildings
- Experienced in the design of portal frame structures
