Tony Gee and Partners is currently recruiting for CAD Technicians to join their multi-disciplinary team based in their Ashford office in Kent.
We require a skilled and experienced technician to produce high-quality engineering models and drawings; the focus is on technical engineering draughting ability rather than BIM software expertise.
Essential
- Technical draughting competence is essential
- Ability to supervise and train juniors to produce accurately.
- Competent technical engineering technician able to interpret engineering drawings and sketches prepared by engineers and translate these into appropriate CAD models and presentation drawings / models.
Desirable
- BIM (packages such as Microstation, Open Buildings, Aecosim)
Whilst all our projects must adhere to minimum BIM delivery requirements, mastery of advanced BIM software is not essential (training can be provided where required).
