As we continue to grow, we are looking to add motivated and capable individuals to our team as a Customer Accounts Administrator. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive, expanding team in a dynamic industry. In this role, you’ll perform a range of administrative duties, from handling customer enquiries and managing production route cards to supporting general office functions. Additional Responsibilities Include: * Responding promptly to customer enquiries and providing top-tier service * Assisting with administrative tasks, such as answering calls, filing, and generating production route cards * Working closely with the team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard * Maintaining excellent productivity and a strong attention to detail * Supporting a collaborative work environment and adapting to new efficiencies What We’re Looking For * Proactive, detail-oriented individuals with the ability to prioritize and multi-task * Team players who bring positive energy and reliability to their work * Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written * Strong organisational skills with experience in Office 365; CRM experience is a plus * A customer-focused mindset with a resilient and solution-driven approach Requirements * Must be able to commute or relocate to Cumbernauld (please note, relocation expenses are not covered) * Previous experience with commercial vehicles is advantageous but not essential Ready to Apply?
