Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a great job opportunity for a Credit Controller to join an expanding business in the Pulborough area. You will be responsible for managing a customer ledger of approximately 500 accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are monitored and collected efficiently and in a timely manner.
Your duties will include:
- Raise customer invoices
- Chase outstanding debt via telephone and e-mail
- Send customer statements on a monthly basis
- Maintaining all notes on customer accounts
- Cash/BACS payment allocation to customer accounts
- Dealing with and resolving customer account queries
- Processing credit card payments
- Reporting daily cash collections to the Receivable’s Manager
Key requirements:
- You must be immediately available or on a short notice period
- Proven experience in a similar role
- You must be motivated, able to communicate well and enjoy working collaboratively as a team
- You must be a car driver due to the location
