Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join an established business in the Brighton area on an ongoing contract basis to provide support. You will oversee and take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process across multiple sites for approximately 800 employees, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including:
- New starters and leavers
- Permanent and variable pay changes
- Overtime and commission payments
- SSP, maternity, paternity and shared parental leave
- Employee benefits and deductions
- Ensure monthly and annual payroll deadlines are met
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and third parties in line with GDPR and data protection requirements
- Maintain accurate payroll records, reports and documentation
- Support payroll processes linked to employee benefit schemes
- Liaise with HR, Finance and external payroll providers
- Assist with year-end payroll reporting, including P11D and PSA processes
