Payroll Manager Permanent Based in Brighton with parking, lucrative pension, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, gym and further benefit Hybrid working (50/50 split) £48,000 – £53,000 per annum plus further benefits Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Supervisor to join a well known organisation based in the just outside the Brighton area on a permanent basis. Your duties will include: Managing two payrolls, over 4000 employees Supervising a team of 3 Deliver cyclical Payroll items including, monthly payroll, year-end, P60’s, P11D’s, Real time reporting Meeting statutory obligations Financial reconciliations Pensions contribution process Advising colleagues at all levels and across the institution of payroll processes and policies To assist in drafting and reviewing payroll policy and processes, under the direction of the Senior Payroll Manager.
