Permanent position based in Crawley (hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days at home) with a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus bonus.
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Business Systems Manager to join a rapidly growing business in the Crawley area on a permanent basis. The Business Systems Manager is responsible for owning, shaping and improving how the business uses its core digital systems to operate efficiently, share knowledge, and make better decisions.
Your duties will include:
- Work closely with Operations, Commercial, Design, and Senior Leadership to structure, integrate and drive efficiencies across Microsoft 365
- Oversee and direct MSPs and external specialists
- SharePoint: structure, permissions, knowledge hubs
- Teams: governance, channel standards, integration
- Outlook: shared mailboxes, calendars, workflows
- Engage & Places: adoption, use-cases, moderation
- Design and maintain a central SharePoint knowledge hub
- Prepare content and permissions for safe AI use
- Enable Copilot and internal AI agents responsibly
- Power Platform and automation
- Identify opportunities for process automation
- Build or oversee Power Automate and light Power Apps
- Set standards to avoid unmanaged solutions
- Define KPIs and reporting standards
- Create and oversee Power BI dashboards
- Coordinate ERP and database reporting specialists
- Lead system integration strategy (ERP, Revit, estimating tools)
- Reduce duplication and manual re-keying
- Maintain a business systems roadmap
Key requirements:
- Business Systems or Applications experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
- ERP and business data exposure
- Power BI and integration experience
