This growing organisation is seeking an experienced and proactive Regional HR Advisor to join its people team, supporting multiple sites including East Grinstead, Horsham, and Burgess Hill. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and commercially focused HR service, providing guidance across employee relations, people policies, and day-to-day HR matters. The role will support managers in creating positive working environments, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and promoting fair and inclusive people practices across the business.
