Tony Alan is delighted to be partnering with a forward-thinking and highly regarded organisation based in the Brighton area in the recruitment of an HR Advisor. This is a short-term opportunity to support a current project for one of our longest-serving clients. The client is happy to consider both full-time and part-time applicants.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Attendance on site
- Supporting Town Hall meetings
- Supporting individual consultation meetings
- Ensuring meeting minutes are accurately captured
- Providing HR guidance to consulting managers
- Updating project documentation as required
- Supporting with any additional project-related HR activities
The successful candidate will be someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable working within a fast-paced change environment. To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience operating at HR Advisor level, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment. You will also be available to commit to the short-term contract and able to start on Monday 8th June.
