Global Mobility Assistant Temporary Assignment – Initially 3 Months London – Hybrid Working

Tony Alan is partnering with a highly regarded London-based organisation to recruit a Global Mobility Assistant to support the team during a busy period. This is a temporary assignment for an initial period of three months, with both full-time and part-time applications being considered.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with previous experience in Global Mobility.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Home Office compliance administration and reporting activities
  • Preparing secondment documentation and assignment packs
  • Drafting and distributing invitation letters and other standard correspondence
  • Maintaining trackers and ensuring accurate records
