12 Month Fixed Term Contract Hybrid working on offer East Sussex. Tony Alan is partnering with a well-established East Sussex organisation to hire an Employee Relations HR Projects Partner on a 12-month FTC. This is a high-impact role in a business that genuinely values innovation, high standards, and empowering its people.
In this role, you’ll act as a key partner across the business, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day employee relations activity. You’ll take the lead on a varied caseload, offering clear, pragmatic advice while helping managers navigate complex situations with confidence. Alongside this, you’ll play an important part in wider HR and organisational projects, ensuring employee relations considerations are built into change initiatives from the outset. This is a role where you can make a real impact—bringing a proactive, solutions-focused approach while ensuring everything is aligned with policy, employment law, and best practice.
Such duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Work in close partnership with managers and senior leadership to anticipate business needs, influence practical discussions, and support confident decision-making on complex and sensitive matters.
- Manage the flow of management information to and from key stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and evaluation to support decision-making.
