You will be working for a charity that offers world class services and be a part of an established finance team in order to manage company\’s debts and ensure customers pay on time. Your duties will include: Closely monitor/manage the businesses outstanding debt Issue invoices in an accurate and timely manner according to agreed timeframes, (termly, monthly, ad hoc) using mail/email/portal issue miscellaneous invoices for various departments Arrange any refunds, credits, adjustments as required Prepare and regularly maintain the annual Finance Masterfile spreadsheet Run the monthly Sales Ledger close on NetSuite and run appropriate reports for Senior Management Ensure the debt figures are accurate and up-to-date by allocating all fee receipts to appropriate accounts on finance system (daily) Provide monthly Debt related data for reporting purposes by Senior Management Provide cash receipts forecasts to support cash flow management and to advise management as to issues arising Key requirements: Experience of working in a similar rol…
