The Business Systems Manager is responsible for owning, shaping and improving how the business uses its core digital systems to operate efficiently, share knowledge, and make better decisions.
Your duties will include:
- Work closely with Operations, Commercial, Design, and Senior Leadership to structure, integrate and drive efficiencies across Microsoft 365
- Oversee and direct MSPs and external specialists
- SharePoint: structure, permissions, knowledge hubs
- Teams: governance, channel standards, integration
- Outlook: shared mailboxes, calendars, workflows
