Business Development Manager (BDM) Permanent Based in Portslade Full Time, Hybrid working £35,000 basic OTE £70,000 – £100,000 Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting new job opportunity for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join an established and continuously growing organisation based in Portslade area on a permanent basis. As the Business Development Manager, you will be selling a range of products and services within a business to-business environment, both over the phone and face-to-face, with the focus on winning new clients. Your efforts will be primarily based on establishing and obtaining new clients, to increase revenue from sales, while nurturing business relationships to cross sell and therefore, support the overall business revenue target. Key Duties: Achieve monthly ‘New Business’ targets by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones. Identify and build relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals. Meet activity-based KPIs and work with decision-makers to develop strategic relationships. Deliver compelling presentations on all IT products and services.
