This is a UK-based financial services company that provides business and property finance solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In this role, you will be helping to grow the broker network while delivering an outstanding, service-focused experience. You'll build strong relationships with brokers, identify new business opportunities, and support them throughout the entire application journey.
Your duties will include:
- Generate new business through proactive, service-led engagement
- Fielding inbound calls and making outbound calls to active brokers, providing timely support and guidance
- Take brokers throughout the full application lifecycle, from submission through to funding
- Package and review funding applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Own and continuously develop the broker onboarding process
