Senior Strategic Finance Business Partner Permanent Based in Falmer (hybrid – 2 days in the office) Up to £75,913 per annum plus further benefits Ref: TA2784 Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a rewarding job opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a leading organisation in the Falmer area on a permanent basis. You will work closely with academic faculties as a trusted business partner, delivering high-quality services to budget holders and supporting the development of financially sustainable strategic and operational plans. You will lead and inspire a team of 7. Your duties will include: Lead a team of Finance Business Partners and oversee the provision of professional business partnering, supporting the development of strategic and operational financial plans The formulation and delivery of financial strategy in Faculties and Schools, in order to meet objectives Actively manage stakeholders, delivering value for money in all areas of responsibility Building and improving excellent financial management literacy and practice Diagnosing issues and scoping requirements through analysis and effective listening, and questioning and assisting senior managers in developing financial strategy and plans, to address issues and provide oversight of delivery Key requirements: Ideally you will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Extensive experience in Business Partnering in a large educational organisation Experience at managing a high performing team comprising of experience qualified accounting professionals Advanced Excel skills If you feel that you would be suitable for this position then please apply with your CV.
