Temporary Accounts Assistant
6 months fixed term contract
Based in Henfield (hybrid) – you must be a car driver due to the location
£32,000 - £34,000 per annum plus other benefits

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Temporary Accounts Assistant to join a well-known business in the Crawley area on a 6 months fixed term contract.
Your duties will include:
- Ensure accurate allocation of costs
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to resolve account queries
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support the team in ensuring payment of suppliers and subcontractors
- Complete daily bank reconciliations
- Assist the Accountants with fully reconciled schedules & analysis
- Contribute to the productions of the weekly debtors report
- Assist with departmental budgets and annual planning cycles
- Assist the external audit team by providing financial information and resolving queries
- Help ensure the finance team meets all internal and external deadlines
Key requirements:
- You must be immediately available or on a short notice period
- Proven experience in a similar role
- You must be a car driver due to the location
