Credit Controller Permanent Based just outside Henfield, West Sussex (parking available) £30,000 - £34,000 per annum Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a long standing business with a fantastic reputation based just outside the Henfield area on a permanent basis. You will report directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable ledger, ensuring a healthy debtors ledger is maintained while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. With the autonomy provided in the role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and truly make it your own. Your duties will include : Chasing outstanding debt via telephone and e-mail Building good relationships with customers Taking payments over the phone Allocate incoming payments to customer accounts Ensure invoices are sent accurately Credit checking new customers Produce an aged debt report Credit card reconciliations Send customer statements on a monthly basis Issue credit notes when needed Keep the system up to date and ensure all communica...
