Permanent position based in Crawley – office-based role with potential one day working from home.
£60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus and potential study support.
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a growing business in the Crawley area on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic position where you will report directly to the Finance Director and have responsibility for producing the month end accounts for a £20m turnover business.
Your duties will include:
- Supervising one member of staff
- Producing monthly management accounts for the Finance Director to review
- Providing commentary and analysis
- Cashflow forecasting
- Setting budgets
- Variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Producing and submitting quarterly VAT returns
- CIS reporting
- Oversee the transactional side of finance to include sales ledger, credit control, purchase ledger
Key requirements:
- Experience of working at a similar level would be beneficial; however, you will receive training to be able to fulfil the complete job role
- You must have experience of using an ERP system
- Experience of working within a SME would be beneficial
- Strong user of Excel and ideally a reporting tool
- This role would suit someone at any level of ACCA/CIMA/ACA/AAT studies or qualified by experience
