Human Resources Manager

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and leading a dedicated HR team of three, you will play a pivotal leadership role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused HR service across the organisation. You will develop and implement people strategies that support both the organisation's strategic objectives and day-to-day operational priorities, ensuring the workforce is engaged, supported and equipped to drive organisational success.
Such duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Provide leadership, direction and support to the HR team, ensuring the delivery of efficient, proactive and solutions-focused HR services that contribute to organisational objectives, meet key performance indicators, and support the successful delivery of the organisation's People Strategy.
- Manage the HR departmental budget, ensuring effective financial planning, robust budgetary control, and the efficient allocation of resources to support the organisation's strategic and operational objectives
- Manage the payroll function, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of employees
- Lead the implementation and ongoing development of an effective reward and benefits programme, ensuring the organisation remains competitive in attracting, retaining and motivating a talented workforce. xgikmsk
- Lead and promote learning and development initiatives across the organisation, ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills and capabilities required to achieve organisational objectives and support future workforce needs.
