Tony Alan Investment Limited is part of a growing group of companies operating across property management, lettings, serviced accommodation, long-let residential management, maintenance, and related business services. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and target-driven Business Development & Property Acquisition Executive to help expand our property portfolio and generate new business opportunities.

The Business Development & Property Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new property opportunities for the group. The role will involve generating leads, building strong relationships with landlords, estate agents, developers, investors, and property owners, assessing suitable properties, negotiating terms, and supporting the onboarding process. This role is suitable only for candidates with previous experience in business development, property acquisition, lettings, estate agency, property management, serviced accommodation, or a similar property-related role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for the group of companies.
  • Source suitable properties for property management, company lets, guaranteed rent, serviced accommodation, and long-let management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, estate agents, developers, investors, and property owners.
  • Contact potential clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, property portals, and networking.
  • Arrange and attend meetings, viewings, and property inspections where required.
  • Assess property suitability based on location, rent, condition, demand, compliance, and profitability.
  • Prepare property viability reports and acquisition summaries.
  • Negotiate rent, management terms, contract length, break clauses, and landlord responsibilities.
  • Present company services professionally to landlords and agents.
  • Maintain a clear pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and potential deals.
  • Work closely with operations, lettings, compliance, and maintenance teams during onboarding.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, agreements, and onboarding documents.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management.
  • Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Previous experience in business development, property acquisition, lettings, estate agency, property management, serviced accommodation, or a similar property-related role is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of the London property market.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident in speaking with landlords, agents, investors, and property owners.
  • Ability to identify suitable and profitable property opportunities.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Good organisational and follow-up skills.
