SCHEDULE
Full time up to 40 hours a week, the salon is open 6 days a week (Mon – Sat)
WHAT WE OFFER
£15-£17 per hour or 40-45% commission structure.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a variety of hair services such as colours, styling, and treatments.
- Guide personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI&GUY experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends.
- Support salon operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring functionality.
- Uphold the name of TONI&GUY being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
- Bring artistic vision to life through understanding clients’ preferences.
- Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning new skills.
- Proven experience as a colour technician in a busy salon environment.
- Minimum 5 years experience on salon floor and preferably L'oreal trained.
