Are you ready to embark on an exciting new journey in hairdressing? Do you have 2+ years experience on the salon floor?
Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Sunday). Part‑time option is also available.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client
- Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
- Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
- Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed TONI&GUY brand
- Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation
- Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has two years plus shop floor hairdressing experience
- Demonstrates expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and styles
- Brings artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
- Provides exceptional customer service and cultivates long-term relationships with clients
- Manages a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting deadlines consistently
