The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a new team member to support the apprenticeships Monday to Friday within our highly motivated and busy team located within our London Flagship Academy.
We would love to meet an individual who is outgoing and motivated, with a true passion for educating the next generation.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated and invested to contribute, coordinate, plan and deliver education located within the London Flagship Academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver functional skills in-line with the awarding body requirements
- Monitor and support progress within the apprentices e-portfolios
- Support End Point Assessments
- Carry out reviews and developing individual learning plans with apprentices
- Support the TA Award delivery
- Monitor the health and safety in salons where apprentices are employed
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures including safeguarding
Requirements:
- Relevant assessor and Functional Skills qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of delivering hair and functional skills
- Experience of working with e-portfolios
- Excellent organisational, administration, IT and communication skills
- The ability to work self-sufficiently to manage and meet deadlines
- The ability to support apprentices in the achievement of their qualification
Desirable but not essential:
- Teaching qualifications
- TONI&GUY hairdressing experience
