Do you have 3+ years of salon floor experience?

We are looking for a stylist who’s passionate about delivering exceptional hairdressing and creating looks that clients love. This is your chance to grow your skills, work with a loyal client base, and access world-class training through our London Academy.

Working Pattern

Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday).

Your Role

• Deliver personalised consultations and the full TONI&GUY experience
• Build a strong client base and nurture loyalty
• Recommend expert colour services and retail products
• Support and inspire apprentices through training and guidance
• Maintain the high standards and reputation of the TONI&GUY brand
• Continue developing your skills with regular training and education

Who We’re Looking For

• A stylist with 3+ years’ salon floor experience
• Skilled in precision cutting and styling
• Creative, with the ability to bring client ideas to life
• Focused on client care and exceptional service
• Organised and confident managing a busy column
